Luciana Rodrigues is a Government Relations Specialist at BMJ for the Mining & Energy and Sustainability sectors. Previously, she worked for about three years in the Chamber of Deputies as a Budget Advisor and political liaison, primarily engaging with ministries and interacting with civil society to promote transparency and public participation in legislative decisions. During her time in the legislative role, she undertook advanced training courses in public administration to monitor the federal budget and its processing, as well as in law creation and other actions within the legislative process, with a focus on the agribusiness sector. She also spent five years at the Ministry of Agriculture as a technician in the area of agreements and transfer contracts within the Parliamentary Advisory, addressing demands from municipalities and legislative assemblies, developing public policies aimed at the agricultural sector, coordinating programs and projects, and liaising with various government levels and sector entities. Additionally, she has legal experience with an emphasis on Labor Law, Criminal Law, Public Budget (LOA, LDO, PPA), and Operational Systems. Luciana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB).
