Fernanda César is manager of the Federal and Consumer Goods division at BMJ. She has been working at BMJ since 2017 and has extensive experience with clients from various sectors. Throughout her career, she has also taken on the leadership of the Legislative Coordination, performing duties related to engagement, client service, and the development of government relations strategies.
Before joining BMJ, she interned at the Amnesty Commission of the Ministry of Justice, where she worked with the “Testimony Clinics” – a psychological reparations program. Additionally, she has conducted and taught courses on the legislative process and served as the academic coordinator for the Politeia Project, a simulation of the legislative process in the House of Representatives. Fernanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasília (UnB) and a postgraduate degree in Law and Government Relations from the Centro Universitário de Brasília (UniCEUB).
